P1 Contests™ collects personally identifiable information ("Personal Information") from the users of this website. The following statement from RWN sets forth how we use the information we learn about you when you visit the Site. The information we collect depends upon what you do when visiting.
Unless specified otherwise, Registered Users must be 18 years or older and a legal resident of the United States, and meet any additional State residency requirements, before participation in any activity that requires the submission of Personal Information. By your participation in P1 Contests™ activities, you certify that you meet these qualifications. All Registered Users are required to provide true, current, complete and accurate Personal Information when prompted and we will reject and destroy any entry that we believe in good faith to be false or fraudulent.
Personal information is gathered when you register to become a Registered User of P1 Contests™. This information enables RWN and the Radio Station Partner to provide a highly personalized service to our users. When you register with P1 Contests™, we ask for personal information such as your name, age, email address, street address, state, zip code, birth date, income level, gender and interests. ("Registered User Profile"). When registration is complete, you are able to take full advantage of the P1 Contests™ capability. We may ask P1 Contests™ Registered Users for additional information at other times, including (but not limited to) when we make special offers and promotions to Registered Users, conduct surveys or present products. If you contact us by e-mail or otherwise, we may keep a record of that correspondence. P1 Contests™ also collects IP addresses for system administration and to report aggregate information to our Advertisers and Sponsors ("Advertisers/Sponsors"). Wherever P1 Contests™ collects Personal Information, we make an effort to include a link to this Privacy Policy on that page.
RWN will not sell, exchange, rent, lease or otherwise disclose your Personal Information to other third-party marketers or any such persons that are not associated with RWN or the Radio Station Partner as Advertisers/Sponsors unless it is necessary to 1) conform to regulatory and legal requirements or comply with legal process, 2) to protect the safety of our users, employees, or property, 3) to defend the rights of RWN and its Radio Station Partner; 4) to enforce the Terms of Use Agreement. Furthermore, we reserve the right to disclose any and all Registered User databases collected by the Sites(s), in the event that the assets or stock of RWN or its Radio Station Partner, its corporate licensee or parent company are sold or transferred to, or merged with a different company or entity.
RWN or its Radio Station Partner may on occasion share your Personal Information with the generous Advertisers/Sponsors of the various awards, contests, sweepstakes and events our Registered Users enjoy. If your information is shared, you will receive such notice on the Site and/or in the rules of participation ("Rules of Participation") for the award, contest or activity. However, please be informed that all Advertisers/Sponsors may not have the same privacy policies that RWN or its Radio Station Partner have. Therefore, you will need to tell us if you do not want to receive additional offers or marketing information directly from our Advertisers/Sponsors. You will need to check the "opt-out" boxes so indicated on the registration area for the particular event, or notify RWN at (customerservice@radiowebnetwork.com). However, if the very purpose of the activity is to collect more information about a Registered User and you do not wish to share such information, then do not participate in that activity.
You understand, acknowledge and agree that in the event that P1 Contests™ is acquired by or merged into another company; all information collected will be transferred to the other company as one of the P1 Contests™'s assets and will be governed by the other company's privacy policy. You may terminate your membership if you do not want to continue as a Registered User in this circumstance.
Cookies and Image Tags
P1 Contests™ uses cookies and image tags (also known as web beacons, web bugs, clear GIFs, and single-pixel GIFs) to store and track certain information about you that helps your ability to navigate through the website. We do not use cookies or image tags to collect other Personal Information unless you give us permission to do so. We use this information to measure the number of visitors to the different sections of our website, and to help us make our website more useful to visitors. RWN may do research on our Registered Users based on information provided to us upon registration, from our server log files and volunteered by our Registered Users by other means such as e-mail. We do this to better understand your needs and provide you with a higher level of service. This research is compiled and analyzed on an aggregated, anonymous basis, and may then be shared with advertisers or with the Radio Station Partners' website the Registered User used to access P1 Contests™.
Other than anonymous, aggregate data, the Personal Information you provide to P1 Contests™ is shared only with RWN, the Radio Station Partner and on occasion our Advertisers/Sponsors. Except as stated above, P1 Contests™ does not disclose any Personal information to other third parties, except when we believe in good faith that the law requires it, such as where disclosing this information is necessary to identify, contact or bring legal action against someone who may be violating P1 Contests ™'s Terms of Use or Privacy Policy or may be causing injury to RWN or its Radio Station Partner's or another person's rights or property. RWN and the Radio Station Partner may also disclose or access account information for administrative purposes.

P1 Contests™ often provides links to third parties' websites that could be of interest to our Registered Users, including the websites of our Advertisers. This Privacy Policy does not cover the information practices of those websites linked to P1 Contests ™. You understand, acknowledge and agree that these links are provided solely as a convenience to you and not as an endorsement by RWN or the Radio Station Partner of the content, advertising or business practices (including the privacy policies) of such third-party websites, whether or not RWN's or the Radio Station Partner's logo or sponsorship identification is on the third-party website. We do not have an affiliation with or have control over the third-party websites. Such websites may have different privacy policies and business practices than RWN and the Radio Station Partner. We do not endorse, verify or take responsibility for the accuracy, quality or completeness of the content or activities conducted on such websites. Under no circumstances will RWN or its Partners, their parent companies, its affiliates, successors and assigns, and their respective officers, directors, employees and agents be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with your use of or reliance on the content, advertising or business practices of linked third-party websites. If you decide to access and use linked third-party websites, you further agree that you do so at your own risk.
Security
Whenever RWN handles personal information we take steps to ensure that it is treated securely and in accordance with our Terms of Use Agreement and this Privacy Policy. We conduct the collection, management, maintenance and storage of visitor information in a secure and reasonable manner using acceptable standards of security technology and practices (electronic security systems and password protections) to protect against the loss, misuse or alteration of data. P1 Contests™ databases are accessible only by authorized personnel.
However, please note that when you transmit personal information over an unsecured Internet connection like RWN's, there is a risk that your information may be copied or intercepted by unknown third parties. Therefore, you understand, acknowledge and agree that RWN cannot warrant the security of any information you transmit to us online, and you do so at your own risk.
Children's Privacy Policy
RWN and the Radio Station Partner are committed to protecting children's privacy online. Persons of all ages may visit the website, read the content publicly available on our website and participate in non-registration activities. However, RWN does not allow children under the age of 18 to become a Registered User. We do not knowingly or intentionally collect Personal Information from children under the age of 13 and will automatically reject and destroy the registration or entry of any person we believe in good faith to be under the age of 13. Any such registration, entry, award or contest prize redemption conducted by a child, and in certain circumstances by a person under the age of 18, will be declared ineligible and will disqualify the minor from any related prize or benefit. RWN and the Radio Station Partner encourages parents to take an active role when their children use the Internet.

1. Contestants must have a valid social security number.
2. Limit one prizewinner per household and/or address every six months.
If you or anyone in your household wins a prize valued at $200.00 or more, you will not be eligible to participate in another KMVQ FM contest for twelve (12) months.
3. Prize is non-transferable, and non-exchangeable.
There are no substitute prizes or cash equivalent. If winner chooses not to accept prize no other prize will be awarded.
4. Winners are responsible for any applicable state, federal or local taxes that may apply.
5. Failure to comply with the contest rules may result in a contestant's disqualification.
6. Employees of KMVQ AM & FM, Viacom Inc., its corporate parent CBS Radio Inc., their parent and affiliated entities, its agents, other radio stations in the immediate San Francisco/San Jose metropolitan areas and members of their families are not eligible to win.
7. All prizes or prize certificates may be picked up at the office of KMVQ FM at 865 Battery Street, San Francisco 94111 during normal business hours, Monday through Friday.
The winner will forfeit any prize or prize certificate not claimed within forty-five days of winning. In the event that any prize or prize certificate is mailed to the winner, it will be with the prior consent of the winner and therefore, winner assumes the risk of its arrival. KMVQ FM is not responsible for the safe arrival of a prize or prize certificate.
8. By participating in the contest, the winner or winners agree to have their name, voice or likeness used in any advertising or broadcasting material relating to this contest, and to sign a publicity release prior to acceptance of the prize.
9. Contest winners will be required to sign a liability release prior to acceptance of any prize valued at $600.00 or greater or which prize includes the provision of transportation, whether or not such transportation is provided by KMVQ.
Pursuant to the liability release, the winners will agree to hold, KMVQ, its corporate licensee, parent corporation CBS Radio Inc. Corporation, affiliated companies and the officers, shareholders, directors, employees, agents and representatives of each of them harmless against any and all claims or liability arising directly or indirectly from the prize or contest.
10. KMVQ FM reserves the right to disqualify contestants who do not adhere to KMVQ contest rules.
Persons who enter KMVQ contests under a fraudulent name and/or social security number will be automatically disqualified from all contests, present and future, on KMVQ.
11. KMVQ reserves the right to modify or change these rules at any time.
