All qualifiers MUST be on-site to win Vespa at Vespa of San Mateo located 790 North San Mateo Drive in San Mateo.

Upon arrival to the Grand Prize Event, the KMVQ staff will check in Qualifiers. Each Qualifier must register and complete all paperwork between 9:45 am and 10:45am PT on May 24, 2008. Qualifiers arriving after 10:45am PT will be disqualified from participating and will forfeit their chance to win. KMVQ-FM will not accept any stand-ins or proxies on behalf of an individual Qualifier. Each Qualifier must be present to participate in the Grand Prize Event and win the Grand Prize.

Once registered at the Grand Prize Event, each Qualifier’s name will be put on a white sheet of paper which will then be dropped into a clear container. Depending on the qualifiers that register, the number of names will be placed in the fishbowl. MOViN Air Personalities on-site will pick a name out of the fishbowl and that Qualifier would loose their chance to win the Grand Prize. Air Personalities will continue to pick names out of the fishbowl until the last name remains.

The Grand Prize winner is the last name found in the fishbowl. The Grand Prize winner must execute and return any required Affidavit of Eligibility and/or Release of Liability Prize Acceptance Form day of winning or prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner will be chosen in a random drawing of the remaining Qualifiers. .
